For the price, this was an excellent stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel felt safe and well lit. Everything was in good condition and clearly maintained. It delivered more than expected for a standard hotel stay. Hotel staff was kind and welcoming as well!

Staff, the room and the breakfast were all outstanding!!! They even accommodated my special request to not be by anyone due to me having to go to sleep early because I had to leave early fo work. I stay there about 2 or 3 times a month when the weather is bad because I live out of town. Out of all my stays I have only had one issue with 1 staff member but after expressing my concerns and frustrations with the manager all was resolved. Definitely would recommend!

I stayed at this property unexpectedly during a business trip due to an overnight ice storm that made it unsafe to drive. The front desk staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, which made a stressful situation much easier. I truly appreciate their efforts, especially the well-maintained breakfast—everything I enjoy in the morning, perfectly paired with my coffee. A very pleasant and comforting stay overall.

This was one of the better Comfort Inns I’ve stayed at. The room was very clean, the bathroom looked recently updated, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel felt safe and quiet, which is something I really value when traveling. Staff were polite and welcoming, and check-in was quick and easy. Breakfast had plenty of options and everything was fresh. For the price, this place offers great value and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Feb 2026- I was very disappointed with my recent stay at Comfort Inn. The new staff /owners clearly needs customer service training. The way they spoke to guests was unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy. The room was not clean upon arrival, which immediately made the stay uncomfortable. Cleanliness should be a priority, and it did not meet expectations. To make matters worse, there was no breakfast available (for 3 consecutive days) despite it being one of the advertised amenities. That was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. Overall, the experience did not reflect the standard I expected from Choice Privileges. I hope management addresses these issues, improves cleanliness, and provides proper training to the new staff. Dec 2025 -My stay at the Comfort Inn in Farmington Hills was truly exceptional from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and peaceful exactly what I needed but what really made the experience stand out was the staff. Bertha, Reese, and Felicity were absolutely amazing. Each of them went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and taken care of. Bertha greeted me with the kind of warmth that instantly puts you at ease. Reese was incredibly helpful and patient, answering every question with a smile. And Felicity’s kindness and professionalism made the entire stay feel elevated and personal. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares about their guests the way they do. Because of them, this Comfort Inn feels less like a standard hotel stay and more like a homeawayfromhome. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this location to anyone who wants great service with true hospitality.

Front desk was very helpful and respectful me and my family stayed at three nights now we definitely recommend this place to everybody. It might be a two star hotel, but the new owners managing this place are very much upgrading and cleaning the place up. My room was very clean smell very good and overall hotel is in good hands I recommend 100%.

I really enjoyed and loved my Valentines Stay on February 14th and 15th in the King Bed with the sofa. The room was clean and spacious. I also had an issue outside at the grounds that was immediately taken care of by the Manager and Front Desk Associate. Check- In and Check- out went smoothly. I will be back and refer others.
